Known for its spiciness and its ability to make you sweat, people who loves spicy thing will adore this dish. Now we all know there are a few key ingredients to make a proper Thai Curry, first and foremost is its paste which you can purchase here at chefsticks and second is the coconut milk. The coconut milk gives the curry its richness and the vibrant oil that you often see on top of curries. Now of course you can remove it, but it would lose the pop that Thai curries have.

Ingredients:

Red Thai Curry Mix: 4 Table Spoon

Coconut Milk: One Can

Beef : 1 lb of cubed beef

Potato: 1/2 lb of Cubed Potato

Carrots: 3 sticks of cut carrots

One onion Diced

Lime to taste

Directions:

1) Brown the beef on all side in a pan.

2) After the beef is browned, add the Coconut milk and simmer.

3) Skim the to fat of the coconut milk and add it in a hot pot.

4) Stir fry the Thai Curry mix till it is fragant.

5) Add the onion and stirfy till it is translucent.

6) Add the Potato and Carrots and stirfry it.

7) Add the simmer beef and coconut milk into the pot with the thai curry mix and simmer till the carrot and potato is done.

8) Salt and Pepper to taste, if the curry is not as strong as you like, you can always add more. The same goes for reverse.

Healthy Chipotle Tomato Chicken

This healthy Chipotle Tomato Chicken, is a easy and delicious dish that is often eaten with rice, bread or potatoes. By combining these three ingredients, you can make an easy and healthy dish. For the chicken, The best way to make this dish is to use chicken leg meat as chicken breast tend to dry out quickly. Use any choice of tomato sauce, we prefer to use regular tomato sauce but you can use any of your choice. For the chipotle, a small can of chipotle is all you need.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb of chicken leg meat

12 oz of tomato sauce

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1/2 can 7.5 oz Chipotle Pepper diced

a few slice of Mozzarella

garnish with Parsley Flakes

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1) Brown chicken pieces on all side and remove from pan.

2) Add in tomato paste and caramelize.

3) Add in chipotle and tomato sauce and let it simmer for till the pepper dissolved.

4) Place the slices of mozzarella on the chicken and cook till the chicken is done.

5) Garnish with Parsley Flakes and put salt and pepper to taste.

It is best to eat this dish with a starch to balance the flavor of the chicken. Bread, potatoes and rice are good choice, but other starch will work as well. Healthy chipotle tomato chicken is not hard to make so we hope that you try it out.

Sweet Peppers Bulgogi Chicken

Bulgogi and Kalbi is a signature sauce that is often eaten in Korea. The sweet dark sauce can be found in BBQ houses all over Korea. It is commonly eaten with beef but can be used with chicken and sweet peppers to give this signature sauce some variety. Making Sweet Peppers Bulgogi Chicken is really not difficult at all and instead of a grill, we will be using a pan so that it is accessible to everyone right at their home.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb of Cubed Chicken

10 oz of Bulgogi Sauce or Kalbi Sauce

7 Small Sweet Peppers Julienne

2 Cloves of minced Garlic

1 Small Onion Sliced into strips

Sesame Seed to garnish

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

1) Marinate the chicken in 6 oz of Bulgogi Sauce or Kalbi Sauce and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hr.

2) Heat up the pan and sear the marinated chicken till its brown. Be sure not to overcook the chicken and remove it.

3) Saute the onion till its translucent and then add Sweet Peppers and Garlic till its soften.

4) Add the renaming Bulgogi sauce/Kalbi Sauce till desired consistency.

5) Add salt and pepper to taste and then garnish with Sesame Seed.
